The conference registration fee includes the cost of attendance at all general and concurrent sessions, exhibits, social functions, and planned meals. Prospective member registration is reserved for those who are eligible to become members of AACFB. Optional events are offered and may require an additional cost.

Guest Information

For guests, you may either purchase a guest registration which includes meals and receptions for the entire event, or individual admission for the opening reception only. Guest registrants may not visit the exhibit hall or attend educational sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Written notice of cancellation must be received at AACFB Headquarters no later than April 10, 2024 in order to receive a refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed after the conference. If an attendee must cancel for an illness or emergency after the cut-off date, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Photo Release

By attending this event, the attendee acknowledges that the AACFB has the right to publish photographs taken at the event without compensation to the attendee. The photos may be published in print or electronic publications and social media or similar outlets.

Medical Release

The AACFB always strives to provide a safe environment for its events. By registering for this event, the attendee agrees that they are participating on their own free will and they assume responsibility for their well-being during the event, thereby releasing AACFB of any harm.

AACFB Code of Conduct

By registering for this event, the attendee agrees to abide by the AACFB Code of Conduct. Failure to do so will result in appropriate actions being taken.
