The conference registration fee includes the cost of attendance at all general and concurrent sessions, exhibits, social functions, and planned meals. Prospective member registration is reserved for those who are eligible to become members of AACFB. Optional events are offered and may require an additional cost. 

Guest Information

For guests, you may either purchase a guest registration which includes meals and receptions for the entire event, or individual admission for the opening reception only. Guest registrants may not visit the exhibit hall or attend educational sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Written notice of cancellation must be received at AACFB Headquarters no later than April 30, 2022 in order to receive a refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed after the conference. If an attendee must cancel for an illness or emergency after the cut-off date, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

COVID-19 Waiver

Attendees will be asked to read and acknowledge the AACFB Conference COVID-19 Waiver.
