Everything You Need to Prepare for Conference


Conference Attire/Weather
The conference attire is business casual. Conference rooms can be chilly so a light sweater or jacket is recommended. The average temperature in Glendale, Arizona in April is a high of about 86 degrees.

Attendee List
A pre-conference Attendee List will be provided via email shortly before the conference and a final Attendee List will be provided via email a week afterward.

Registration
Upon your arrival at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa be sure to stop by the Registration Desk to pick up your conference materials. The desk will be located on the 1st floor conference center.

Mobile App
A mobile app will be available for download that will provide profiles on each exhibitor as well as agenda and speaker information.

Wednesday, April 17 (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
Thursday, April 18 (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.)

Business Cards
You'll need plenty of business cards to hand out during the exhibit hours and many other networking events throughout the Annual Conference.

Conference Evaluation
At the conclusion of the 2024 AACFB Annual Conference, you will receive an email survey. Please take the time to complete this survey and let us know your feedback on this year's Conference.
