Conference attendees who show their badge at The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation will receive a 10% discount on full-price merchandise at the Music City Shop and Music City Marketplace as well as a $3.00 discount on Music City Total Access Discount Attraction Passes purchased at the Visitor Information Center located at the Bridgestone Arena.
The conference attire is business casual. Conference rooms can be chilly so a light sweater or jacket is recommended. The average temperature in Nashville in September is a high of about 83 degrees.

Speed Dating Reception
A pre-conference Attendee List will be provided via email shortly before the conference and a final Attendee List will be provided via email a week afterward.
Upon your arrival at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, be sure to stop by the Registration Desk to pick up your conference materials. The desk will be located on the 2nd floor conference center.
A mobile app will be available for download that will provide profiles on each exhibitor as well as agenda and speaker information.
