The conference attire is business casual. Conference rooms can be chilly so a light sweater or jacket is recommended. The average temperature in Las Vegas in late-July is around 96 degrees. Please dress appropriately so you do not get overheated when exploring the city.

A Pre-Conference Attendee List will be provided via email shortly before the conference and a Final Attendee List will be provided via email a week afterward.
Upon your arrival at Caesar's Palace, be sure to stop by the Registration Desk to pick up your conference materials. The desk will be located on the Emperor's Level (4th floor) of the Conference Center in Office 5. The registration desk will be open the following hours: Thursday, May 2 - 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Friday, May 3 - 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Saturday, May 4 - 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The exhibit hall will be open the following hours: Friday, May 3 - 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 4 - 8:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
You'll need plenty of business cards to hand out during the exhibit hours and many other networking events throughout the Annual Conference.
UPS labels will be available for purchase at the AACFB Registration Desk. Pick up your labels on-site at the meeting to avoid shipping charges! Overnight labels are $20 each and 2nd Day labels are $15.50 each.
